Flexcraft, a leader in high-tech manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving team member to play a vital role in our supply chain operations. Job Summary:

For Shipping & Receiving at Flexcraft, you’ll be responsible for managing the inbound and outbound flow of materials. You’ll verify shipments for customers, ensure the accurate storage of materials, and support the overall efficiency of the warehouse. This is a critical role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality and document any discrepancies. Safely unload materials and place them in designated storage areas.
• Shipping: Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring all items are correctly packaged, labeled, and documented. Coordinate with carriers for timely pickups.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory, perform regular cycle counts, and report any discrepancies to management.
• Warehouse Operations: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure smooth communication and the timely flow of materials. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 3 years of current forklift experience, preferably in a manufacturing or high-speed warehouse setting.
• Skills: Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly, stand for long periods, and operate warehouse equipment.

• Tech Skills: Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations.
• Forklift experience requires 3 plus years of experience.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift items frequently throughout the day.
