We are a growing property management company, with 38 years of service, overseeing state-of-the-art and luxury residential buildings across the Boston metro area. We are actively seeking snow removal workers for the upcoming winter season!

Join us as we help remove snow during the winter season. You must have a valid email address and valid work authorization documentation to get started. Must be able to withstand cold, adverse conditions during long hours of physical work. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, repeatedly. Compensation is $28 per hour.

We will hold a MANDATORY in-person meeting on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at 3 pm at our headquarters location: 4 Bunkerhill Industrial Park, Boston, MA 02129. Please bring your valid employment authorization documents.

We are looking for dedicated individuals who can respond quickly during snow events to assist in completing effective and safe snow removal throughout the assigned route.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Removing snow using a shovel or snow blower from parking lots, driveways, and streets
• Maintaining a clean and safe job site, while ensuring current landscape and property is not damaged in the efforts of removing snow
• Spreading salt by shovel on sidewalks, driveways, and streets (de-icing)
• Maintaining care for your company provided equipment, tools and vehicles
• Proficiently and safely use snow removal equipment such as shovels, plows and snow blowers
• Utilizing ADP to clock in and clock out when performing snow removal work

WORK CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• This job constantly operates outdoors in the cold in adverse conditions (very cold, icy, snowy weather)
• This is a weather dependent position with no guaranteed hours
• Working hours and schedule may be prolonged during snow removal
• Constantly moving, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Must be able to work within a six-hour lead time
• Work as part of crew and take direction

POSITION REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a cell phone
• Ability to work outdoors in the cold in adverse conditions
• Perform heavy manual labor
• Understand and follow oral and written instructions
• Punctual and dependable with reliable transportation to get to headquarters
• Must wear proper clothing to work outside (boots, gloves, hat, and other winter attire)
• Move, lift, or carry objects weighing less than or equal to 75 pounds, repeatedly
• Manual Dexterity – ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects
• Arm-Hand Steadiness – ability to keep you hand and arm steady while moving your arm or while holding your arm and hand in one position
• Static Strength – ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects
• Ability to work independently as well as in a crew situation, as assigned
• Must be professional in appearance and actions
• Valid work authorization and a valid email address is required

Compensation: $28 per hour
