Qualifications: Education & Experience: 5+ years in a leadership role (Spa Director, Spa Manager, or similar) in the wellness/hospitality industry. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred). Strong knowledge of spa services, therapies, and wellness trends. Experience in budget management, sales, and financial reporting. Familiarity with local and state regulations governing spa operations. Skills in inventory control and vendor management. Skills & Abilities: Proven leadership skills to manage and inspire a high-performing team. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Analytical skills to evaluate financial reports and improve profitability. Proficient in handling sensitive guest situations with professionalism. Passionate about wellness and luxury hospitality. Physical Requirements: Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
