Salary: $27.00-$35.00 per hour

We pride ourselves on our expertise in tree trimming, removal, and maintenance. We're looking for an enthusiastic, experienced tree climber who also has the ability to connect with customers and sell our services. Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Tree Climber who can safely and efficiently perform tree trimming, removal, and other tree care services. Additionally, this role will require you to engage with potential customers, explain services, and close sales. If you're both technically skilled in tree climbing and comfortable in a customer-facing, sales-driven environment, this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tree Climbing & Maintenance:
  • Safely climb trees to perform trimming, pruning, and removal using appropriate equipment and techniques.
  • Assess tree health and recommend necessary services.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed during every project.
  • Operate and maintain tree care tools and equipment.
• Sales & Customer Service:
  • Conduct in-person consultations with customers to assess their needs and provide recommendations.
  • Explain the benefits of our services and products to customers.
  • Generate leads and close sales by providing excellent customer service and offering tailored solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and seek opportunities for repeat business or referrals.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the crew to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Provide support in customer communication and problem-solving as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a tree climber or arborist.
• Proficiency with climbing techniques and tree care tools (e.g., chainsaws, ropes, harnesses, etc.).
• Sales experience or a passion for learning how to sell tree services is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess tree health and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and at heights.
• Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• ISA Certification or other relevant certifications are a plus.
