Verizon Sales Account Associate Day-to-Day:

• Work with customers to present Verizon's cutting-edge products and services, including internet, phone, and television solutions.
• Provide tailored recommendations and seamless customer experiences to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Work closely with Verizon Sales Account Associate teammates to resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot service concerns, and offer value-driven solutions.
• Stay informed on Verizon's latest promotions and product innovations to help customers make well-informed decisions.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall Verizon Sales Account Associate team success.

Verizon Sales Account Associates Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• 0-2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management (preferred, but not required).
• Strong communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people.

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
