About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Research, Measurement, and Evaluation to lead a high-performing team dedicated to driving student achievement through rigorous, data-driven practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing research studies, blending quantitative and qualitative analyses, and providing real-time insights to inform decision-making at all levels. This role is pivotal in ensuring the continuous improvement of teaching and learning, with a focus on comparative analysis to advance equity and assess the impact of educational interventions. Candidates for the Vice President position should have a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline, at least 5 years' of experience in quantitative research methods, and a proven track record of impact, particularly in the field of international development with a focus on education. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
