About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Private Wealth Fundraising in the Northeast region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing the firm's private wealth capital-raising strategy, with a focus on regional and global private wealth platforms and independent wealth advisors. This senior role requires the development and implementation of a comprehensive fundraising strategy, the crafting of persuasive investment proposals, and the building of long-term relationships to diversify and expand the firm's private wealth funding sources. The VP will also be involved in market expansion, funding diversification, and will serve as a thought leader within the firm, providing insights on fundraising strategy and market dynamics. Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with advanced degrees or certifications highly preferred, and at least 7 years of RIA-focused experience in private wealth fundraising, capital raising, or relationship management within the real estate, private equity, or investment management sectors. The role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing private wealth relationships, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication skills. The VP will work closely with the executive leadership to align fundraising strategies with the firm's investment goals and must be adept at leading cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and staying abreast of market trends to meet evolving capital needs.
