Overview

We are looking for a friendly and customer service-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our team! The hours of the position are 10am to 6pm. You will be scheduled to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and a passion for helping others feel relaxed and rejuvenated. As a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting guests, scheduling appointments, handling payments, and providing general support to the spa staff. You will also have the opportunity to promote and sell spa products and services to guests, so a background in sales is a plus. Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or spa industry
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with booking and scheduling software
  • Sales experience is a plus
