Your day to day as a Wound Care Nurse RNAs a Wound Care Nurse RN at Pine View Health & Rehab, your day-to-day expectations will revolve around delivering high-quality wound care to our residents. You will assess, document, and manage various types of wounds, developing individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you will provide education to staff and families about wound care practices, ensuring everyone is informed and engaged in the healing process. Your schedule will consist of 8-hour shifts, allowing you to maintain a balanced work-life routine while ensuring continuity of care for patients. You can expect to participate in daily rounds, where you'll discuss patient progress and adapt care strategies as necessary.
