Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Coach with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC and Kennesaw, GA. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities:
- Provide Production services to critical applications with Clous Infrastructure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Teraform and services for Healthcare Payment Solutions under Merchant Services multiple Platforms
- Merchant Services Application Support streamline in agile across four critical merchant service platforms
- Monitor and support applications for 100% SLA meets
- Production Ticket/Issue Triage
- Prepare RCA - Root Cause Analysis (RCA) document
- Partner with Application team, CCO, application support teams to resolve the issue
- Prepare and/or review Impact Analysis based on issue analysis
- Write scripts to automate mundane daily BAU tasks
- Identify root cause in the code, suggest break-fix activities in the code and/or DB
- Follow the release management and code deployment process to migrate the code changes
Requirements: - Minimum 7 years of experience in the payment technology industry
- 5-10 years of working into a production environment with Change management technology experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with monitoring and alerting Dashboards and tools, such as AppDynamics, Splunk, Interscope
- Working knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, ELK, Instana, Grafana, Java, Oracle, Python, Perl, SQL/Splunk
- Strong knowledge of Cloud technology in AWS, Azure and Heroku methodologies
- Very strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work under high intense pressure, exhibiting technical troubleshooting and effective triage skills
- J2EE, Spring, Microservice Unix/Linux Scripting
- Understanding of Database terminologies
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft tools
- Hands on experience with application support SRE workload
Pay Range: $85.07-$93.07
