About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall financial management, including the improvement of financial reporting and business analysis, ensuring compliance with 3rd party audits, and leading the strategic planning and annual budgeting processes. A hands-on approach and a background in the manufacturing industry, particularly with consumer products, are essential. The CFO will also be tasked with enhancing the company's financial capabilities and must have prior experience with process manufacturing transaction and cost accounting ERP systems.
