May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying equipment, measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment or instruments. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches and may assist other craft workers. Education: No Experience: 3 months construction Hours/shift/days: 40 hours/week (6:00am-2:30pm); day shift; Mon-Fri Start-end dates: 10/01/2025-07/31/2026 Additional requirements: Ability to lift 50lbs Office location: Chandler, AZ Area of intended employment: Maricopa County, AZ. Wage: $22.65 Range: Raises, bonuses, or incentives dependent on job performance. Overtime: $33.98 OJT provided Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Payroll is bi-weekly The employer will make all deductions from the workers paycheck required by law. Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period; payment to be made in one lump sum. Return transportation and subsistence will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer from the place of employment to the workers home. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (excluding passport fees).
