We're looking for an experienced Full Cycle Recruiter to support our client’s manufacturing site in Albuquerque, NM.

This is a long term contract position, 100% on-site and pays up to $44/hr DOE.

This role requires a dedicated professional with a strong background in recruiting for manufacturing-related roles. You will play a crucial part in attracting and hiring top talent, with a specific focus on positions such as Process/Manufacturing/Production Engineers, Validations, and Quality professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Full Cycle Recruiter, you'll manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish for our Albuquerque location. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
• Partnering with Hiring Managers: You'll lead strategy meetings to define role expectations, clarify processes, and provide consistent updates to ensure a smooth partnership.
• Talent Sourcing & Market Analysis: You'll use advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates, both active and passive. You'll also conduct market analysis for key roles to inform sourcing strategies and provide valuable insights to hiring managers.
• Candidate Management: You'll guide candidates through the interview and selection process, ensuring a positive experience. You'll also manage candidate status and dispositions in our applicant tracking system to maintain compliance.
• Offer Negotiation: You'll negotiate and deliver offer acceptances and declines, acting as a key point of contact for candidates.

Qualifications:
• Experience: 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience is required.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Manufacturing Expertise: Must have prior experience recruiting for manufacturing positions. Experience in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing is strongly preferred.
