About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Data and Analytics to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, enhancing customer engagement, and accelerating digital transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing an enterprise-wide data strategy that leverages advanced analytics, AI, and marketing automation to optimize business performance and create personalized, data-driven experiences. This leadership position requires a proven track record in data-driven revenue growth, executive leadership, and strategic influence, with a focus on transforming the data ecosystem into a competitive advantage. The SVP will lead a high-performing team, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure that data governance is robust to support smarter decision-making and business impact. Candidates for this role at the company should have extensive experience in data analytics, data science, or related fields, with a strong technical background in programming languages and developer platforms. The role demands a strategic leader with the ability to influence and drive organizational change, as well as exceptional communication skills to translate complex data insights into clear narratives for senior leadership. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for an MBA or advanced degree. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years' experience in data and analytics, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity, and a proven ability to manage large-scale initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
