SUMMARY: The role of the Social Media Community Manager will work directly with the Heritage Auctions Social Media Director, content managers, and consignment directors at Heritage Auction to build, grow, and manage an online community of users and followers. They are responsible for developing community initiatives, managing social media platforms, and facilitating meaningful interactions between the brand and its audience. The Social Media Community Manager will act as a bridge between the brand and its audience, fostering engagement, representing the brand's voice, and promoting its image. This role involves content creation, community engagement, and reputation management. LOCATION : South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Years of related Professional Experience: 3-5 years Bachelor’s degree in relevant field Experience working in a social media content creation and managing best practices across multiple platforms—focusing on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn Excellent project management skills Proven experience in community engagement and fostering a positive community environment Proven experience in community building: initiating conversations, and finding opportunities to grow the brand Culture-obsessed and aware of social trends WORK ENVIRONMENT: Candidates will need to create content in a fun, fast-paced, environment with clients that span many categories of pop culture.
