Travel RN – Level 2, Neurology Unit
Location: Rochester, NY
Start Date: 9/15
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 3x12s | Days/Evenings/Nights | Rotating Shifts
Includes weekends, holidays, on-call, callback, and charge responsibilities as needed
Step into an exciting travel opportunity on a specialized neurological unit , where you’ll grow your clinical skills caring for patients with stroke, epilepsy, MS, Guillain-Barré, and other complex neurological conditions. This unit is part of a Joint Commission accredited Comprehensive Stroke Center and the only Level 4 Epilepsy Monitoring Unit in the region , providing a high-acuity and fast-paced environment ideal for experienced Med Surg/Neuro nurses.
You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team using state-of-the-art continuous video EEG technology and play a key role in supporting critical diagnostics and treatment planning.
Requirements:
Active NYS RN License
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
Telemetry experience required
BLS (AHA only)
NIHSS certification highly preferred
