Urgent Hiring! Fulfillment & Production Associates – Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm | A/C Warehouse | Mon–Fri Schedule!

Location: St. Augustine, FL

1st Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $14.50/hr

 

2nd Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr

Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Be Doing:

Fulfillment Fun

• Pack and ship fragrant, freshly blended products to customers

• Rotate and organize stock like a pro

• Maintain a clean and efficient work area

• Help with receiving, stocking, and general warehouse support

Production Magic

• Fill, weigh, and label artisan spices, teas, and blends

• Maintain a food-safe, organized work environment

• Operate packaging tools and record work electronically

• Assist with marketing requests and fulfillment overflow

 

What Makes You a Perfect Fit:

• You like routine and staying busy

• You can lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet all day

• You’re organized, detail-oriented, and dependable

• You’re a team player who’s not afraid to take initiative

• You’re not sensitive or allergic to spices, herbs, or strong scents

 

Bonus (But Not Required):

• High school diploma or GED

• Prior experience in food service, warehouse, or production

• Comfortable using basic computer tools and following food safety guidelines
